  I absolutely LOVE this store! Whether looking for something to eat/drink for dinner that night or a special, unique gift for someone, you'll find everything you need at The Uncommon Palate. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about all of her food items and local, handmade gifts and always has a smile to share. Will be back again and again! If you're ever in East Dundee or the area, this is a MUST SEE!

  Best treasure in East Dundee! From gourmet coffee's to gourmet Olive Oils! Boutique Wines to specialty gifts. I love to visit the shop owner Lisa for a cup of coffee and chat. She is so inviting and has helped me pick out good selections of wine to give to my friends. Stop by and see her. You will fall in love also. Thanks, Patty

  This is my favorite place to shop in the Dundee area. The Uncommon Palate has a great selection of unique food and beverage items. A few of my favorite items are the hot espresso (they make it from this crazy ornate espresso machine), the beer, and the cheese (sooo good)! The owner Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first visit she showed me a new snack, it was a soft brie cheese, jalapeno jam, and some thin wafer type crackers.. I am now hooked, it's an amazing combination, really fun stuff over there, give them a try, you won't regret it!
